At OptiSolex, we stand behind the quality of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OptiSolex account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
