We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs our warehouse.

What is the return policy for electronic devices?

OptiSolex offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for opened products.

Do OptiSolex products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our hardware products include a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. You can also purchase an extended protection plan at checkout.
